Applications received during the "Open Enrollment" window will be eligible for the lottery. In the event that the number of applications exceeds the number of available spaces for any grade level, a lottery will be held to determine who is offered a seat and establish the wait list for that grade. Our lottery is scheduled for February 13, 2015. The lottery results will be posted on this page, and the first round of offers will be extended to all of the applicants selected in the lottery process. An official offer will be extended to the applicants selected in the lottery process via letter, email, or phone call. They will have one week (7 days), starting from their offer date, to either accept or decline the extended offer.
Should an applicant not get selected in the lottery process, they will automatically be placed on the waiting list. As seats become available, applicants on the waiting list will receive offers. Therefore, an applicant that is not selected in the lottery will not receive any formal communication from the school until they are extended an offer via letter, email, or phone call.
